For the shorter paper, you will offer your readers a focused, selective overview of your obsession's function in Ulysses. I will explain this assignment in class with more details and an example. Though these papers will not be long by seminar standards, in keeping with their online audience, they should be densely interesting and should engage the scholarly conversation surrounding your obsession.
